Dr. Reyna

Founder and Chiropractor

Dr. Justin Reyna, DC, MS, CDN

Dr. Justin Reyna, D.C., M.S., C.D.N., is a Doctor of Chiropractic with an advanced educational background in nutrition, the diagnosis and chiropractic management of internal disorders, sports rehabilitation, functional health, and human performance.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, a Master of Science in Nutrition, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. His graduate education included research in nutritional science with a focus on omega-3 fatty acids.

Dr. Reyna has pursued extensive postgraduate education in the diagnosis and chiropractic management of internal disorders, clinical nutrition, functional health, metabolic health, advanced laboratory interpretation, peptide science, and human performance. His postgraduate training and coursework have included education through the Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) curriculum, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Seeds Scientific Research & Performance (SSRP) Institute, EVEXIAS Health Solutions, and the Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) educational pathway through the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board. He has also completed additional continuing education in functional medicine, clinical nutrition, and advanced laboratory assessment and interpretation.

As the founder of Modern Movement Sport and Spine, Dr. Reyna has developed a comprehensive approach that combines chiropractic care, sports rehabilitation, movement assessment, nutrition, laboratory evaluation, and performance optimization.

His clinical interests include musculoskeletal injuries, sports performance, metabolic health, gastrointestinal health, nutrition, recovery, and the relationship between systemic health and physical performance. Rather than focusing solely on the location of a patient's symptoms, Dr. Reyna considers factors such as movement, training demands, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, health history, and relevant laboratory findings when developing an individualized plan of care.

Dr. Reyna works with a diverse patient population ranging from competitive athletes and active adults to individuals seeking to improve their movement, physical function, recovery, and overall health.

Modern Movement Sport and Spine was built around the idea that musculoskeletal care, nutrition, rehabilitation, and whole-person health do not have to exist in separate worlds. Dr. Reyna's goal is to provide an evidence-informed, individualized approach that helps patients better understand their health, address modifiable factors, and improve the way they move, feel, and perform.

When evaluation or treatment outside the scope of chiropractic is appropriate, Dr. Reyna works collaboratively with appropriately licensed medical professionals to help coordinate patient care.
